When can you do delivery? 
Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) at Kota Kinabalu area. Occasionally Saturdays too!

Do you do same-day delivery?
Yes, place your purchase before 12noon. The product will require minimum 2 hours to prepare.

If you placed order at 12noon, we only can deliver earliest at 2pm same day. 

How much is the delivery?
RM15 for delivery charges. Additional charge if more than 20km. 

How do I know when my order has been delivered?
We will send a delivery confirmation to the email address you used to place your order.

Where can I pickup the product?
We are located at Taman Yakim Jaya (opposite Kian Kok high school). We suggest you to call us before you come.

Give us a text you want to have on a gift note and we will include it in the order with style.

Can you customize the flowers?

Do you have greeting cards?
Yes! You will be offered to upgrade the purchase with greeting cards, wine, balloon etc, during the checkout.

Add to cart, fill in the receiver's information. 

2. Secure online transfer
Payment via authorized gateway, We accept local banks like Maybank, CIMB, RHB etc.

3. Order confirmation
Upon completion of purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Get in touch
Normally, if our team did not get in touch with you, means we will proceed the delivery as planned. 

5. Call Receiver
We will contact the receiver before delivery. Once delivered, you will receive a 'order completion' email.
