2. Customise your product

You can add wishing card, balloons, LED lights, and different addons depending on different products.

This is chance to make your product special.

3. Add to cart

Click on the “add to cart” button and go to next page.

4. Go to Checkout

Additional delivery charges of RM15 is available for KK areas.

5. Select delivery date and time

You can deliver same-day if you place order before 1:00 PM. Dates that are greyed-out are not available for delivery.

6. Insert receiver’s address

This is very important so we can send your gift to the right person at the right places.

7. Insert payment details

We accept FPX transfers  only at the moment. Will be adding GrabPay/Boost/Touch’n’Go soon.

8. Receive your order details via email

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll see Thank You page. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number.

9. You’re done!

If you require photo taken for you upon delivery, please leave us a message.

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Delivery schedule

If you placed order before 1 pm, you can get same day delivery.

If you placed order after 1 pm, your delivery will be next day.

We encourage you to place order 1-2 days earlier.
If you placed order on Saturday 3pm, the earliest we can deliver is on upcoming Monday 9am.
Same-day delivery is available, only eligible for for orders made before 1 pm (Monday to Saturday only).

Orders are made-to-order basis so we can only deliver the next day.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery services are completed between 9am – 6pm.

Delivery Area

Deliveries are available for any addresses within Kota Kinabalu only. There is an additional surcharge for delivery beyond 15km radius from the city area.

Receiver’s contact information

We recommend having the flowers delivered to an address where you or your recipient will be present on your delivery date to ensure flower freshness and avoid any unforeseen circumstances.

Should you or your recipient fail to receive the flowers, a re-delivery service is available at an additional cost depending on your recipient’s location.

Our special delivery team will deliver your flowers by hand.
