When can you deliver a condolence stand?

Condolence flowers are delivered from the next day onwards, Monday to Saturday (9am–6pm). We do not offer same-day delivery on condolence arrangements — they are prepared with extra care and need a day. We are closed on Sundays, so for a Sunday wake, order by Friday for Saturday delivery.

Because timings at a wake can be sensitive, we recommend ordering as early as you can, and adding the deceased’s name so our driver delivers to the correct wake — parlours often host several at once.

What should I write on a condolence flower stand?

You don’t need to find the words alone. On every condolence product page you can pick a ready-written tribute message in English or Chinese (中文), then edit it to suit — or write your own.

English: “With Deepest Condolences”, “In Loving Memory”, “Rest in Peace”, “Our Sincere Sympathies”, “Forever in Our Hearts”.
中文: 沉痛哀悼、音容宛在、一路走好、永垂不朽、蒙主寵召（基督教）、往生極樂（佛教）。

We’ll also ask who the tribute is from, so it’s clearly attributed on the stand.
